Pork cartilage + beer = crazy delicious

did you try some, too? i imagine it must be good. try beef cartilage, too. cooked in beer? or consumed with beer? cooked in beer could be good. consumed with beer, dunno. i don't drink, you see. not good for my liver. the chinese mainly drink tea, but many of them die from liver diseases anyway...

Yes, I had some. We were drinking beer as we ate it. Well, I did not care for the dish, but I wanted to highlight it since my dining companions heartily enjoyed it!
