Drying bamboo shards, Jiji, Taiwan

Lots of good dietary fiber.

i've never used dried bamboo shards for cooking before. then again, i don't cook taiwanese food.

i like dried seafoods, like scallops, shrimps, squid, etc. ever used x-o sauce? quite expensive, around $10 for a little jar of seasoned, oily dry little shellfish. i like to use with stir-fried bok-choy or in spicy korean noodles.
